		<description>Hi. Glad to know you are using my book. I don&#039;t know which edition you have. The first came out in 1997, the 4th in 2007. The 5th will be out next year.  For gnocchi recipes, try to locate a copy of either my The Authentic Pasta Book or La Terra Fortunata. My classic recipe (no-fail) is in both. If you look in the Oct 2009 Saveur, I have a recipe for chicchi (which are tiny gnocchi). Buon appetito!   Fred</description>
